  • starting off slow with some resistance training and basic stretching to help promote and stimulate healthy muscle growth. along with a video chat once a week to help support progress upon client's request.

How it works

  • first start off with a two day a week workout plan
  • after two weeks add another workout day to plan
  • finally once phase two is done you will pick a particular workout spilt in which can be setup by video chat or by picking out one of my plans that suits your goals...
